De-Stress and take a break with a well-being and relaxation workshop. Time Out is an interactive workshop that introduces techniques to help alleviate stress and improve wellbeing. The workshop is 1 hour long and includes; Breathing Exercise; Sleep Hygiene; Arts/Crafts; Laughter Therapy; Visualisation Exercise. Each participant also receives an information goody bag and a stress ball. The workshops are free of charge to community groups and I come out to your venue. The workshops are also flexible in that they can be adapted to suit most groups. To date we have worked with mental health service users, members of the public, alcohol support groups and carers support groups. We have also delivered workshops to Muslim groups and used an interpeter. Also available to stand at events with stress awareness/wellbeing resources. Please contact me for further information.
