POhWER supports Clients who would like to complain about NHS services or NHS funded services. Our Advocates support Clients through the NHS Complaints Process, supporting them with letter writing, attendance at complaints meetings and giving options at every stage of the process. We offer a free and confidential service and can provide information in different languages, Braille,large print, easy read and audio format. POhWER services are free and confidential. POhWER offices are open from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and until 7pm on Thursdays. Outside these hours there are answerphones or we can be contacted through this website.
